From an idea to your own micro-enterprise
The CDE trains and supports students, graduates and project holders in creating their micro-enterprises, from the business plan to the funding file.
About the CDE
A space to learn entrepreneurship and launch your project
Inaugurated on 11 June 2024 by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the EPAU Entrepreneurship Development Centre is an open space where students and project holders develop their ideas into real projects with added value.
Its missions: spreading an entrepreneurial and creative culture among students; training and supporting students and graduates in creating micro-enterprises; encouraging innovative projects in architecture, urban planning and the sustainable city; and creating a space for exchange between the university, economic actors and entrepreneurship support bodies.

What we offer
Training and support for future entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurship training
Regular training sessions for project holders, run by the CDE team with the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (NESDA).
Decision 1275 / 008 track
A dedicated programme for 5th-year students preparing an “Economic Enterprise” (micro-enterprise) project as their diploma.
Business model & business plan
Workshops on the Business Model Canvas and the business plan to structure and test your project.
Legal & tax guidance
Sessions with the tax services and the National Trade Register (CNRC) on tax benefits, registration and company creation.
Pitch & certification
Each session ends with a pitch of your project before a jury and the award of a training certificate.
Funding file
Guidance to prepare your file for the validation and funding committee (CSVF) and launch your micro-enterprise.

Register
Sign up for the next training session when it is announced (registration via cde.dz or the CDE page).
Get trained
Follow the training: entrepreneurship basics, business model, business plan, tax and legal procedures.
Pitch your project
Present your project before the jury and receive your training certificate.
Get funded & launch
Submit your file to the CSVF committee and turn your project into an active micro-enterprise.

Information and guidance day on the “Economic Enterprise” project defences: official templates and 10-minute pitch.
April – May 2026
12th training session, with projects in health, food processing, tailoring, tourism and more.
February 2026
Launch of the Decision 1275 training for 5th-year students, and pitch session with certificate ceremony.
