WHO ARE WE?
EMARA, for Research, Studies, Training, and Outreach, is a subsidiary established at the Polytechnic School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Algiers (EPAU) by decree no. 35 of February 15, 2023, issued by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

This subsidiary was created by the government to make the university’s potential and expertise available to the economic sector to address issues related to urban planning, architecture, and heritage in general.
